a. The first author shall deliver to the organizing committee of ICCAP by email (international_cap@yahoo.com) on or before the 20th day of December 2011,time being of the essence,a final complete manuscript of the Procedia in accordance with the instructions of the Publisher as set out in Annex A,in the English language,together with the complete table of contents,photographs,figures,legends,drawings,front matters,maps and other illustrative material to be included.
b. Permissions. If any material from third parties is incorporated in the manuscript,the first autor shall have procured prior to the date of manuscript delivery,at the author’s expense,permission in writing from each copyright holder of such material to use such material in the manuscript . All previously published material shall be fully acknowledged in the manuscript.
c. the authors are responsible for content and formatting of their papers and should complete the copyright form and send it to the organizing committee by Email.

Pending funding by a foundation included stipends for Registration,transportation,accommodation,and participation in the congress programsfull text :supporting the Scientists Program.
Because of a generous donation from the Professor A.Jasebi I.A.U. offered special arrangements for 30 elected scientists and 20 students from countries in Europe,America,Asia and from developing countries worldwide. Pending funding by a foundation included stipends for Registration,transportation,accommodation,and participation in the congress programs .
Furthermore,our Meet-the-Scientist Event gave young researchers the opportunity to present themselves to outstanding experts in their field and discuss their research as well as their professional plans.
