After registration you will receive an email with instructions for logging onto the site.   We will send letters and files to your CAP Congress inbox.

As soon as you log on,all of your searches,site visits and edits to your personal information will be tracked automatically by the site and saved in your history page. This page will help you review what you have done.

 To register,complete the electronic registration form (Sign Up). 

You will receive a confirmation message in your email and then must confirm your registration.  Use your email address as your username and the pass word you entered on your registration form (this is not the password of your email) THEN click the login button Where is the information about accessing the email?

Conference attendees are able to book accommodation in IAU Hostel (guest House). Bed and Breakfast is available for $50 per person per night.  More information will soon be available on the hotel page.

Accommodation at the  IAU Hostel (guest House) can ONLY be booked when you register. Please send an email to international_cap@yahoo.com  requesting a room when you complete your

A list of additional hotels near the conference venue is provided here for attendees who prefer to chose and book their own accommodation,we do not make any specific recommendations.  Hotel locations are summarized on the hotel page.  Prices per night are approximate and include breakfast.

We invite researchers to submit abstracts at the CAP congress.

There are three ways in which you can present your work.

A talk

Talks will be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes for questions. Talks will be scheduled in parallel sessions throughout the conference.

If the program does not have space for your talk but you would be prepared to present your data as a poster or in focused discussion group.

A poster

Posters will be presented during the conference poster session and allow the presenter an opportunity to get individual feedback on their research. We encourage students and researchers with preliminary or exploratory data to present their work as a poster.

A symposium/Focused Group Discussion

A symposium will be a set of 7 short talks (plus a discussant) on a related topic. Each talk will be 5 minutes long with 5 minutes for questions.
Important Information

·         For all types of presentation,abstacts and symposium forms must be received by 21.12/2010

·         You should  sign up as a user,then log in and finally upload your proposal

·         Please send us both abstract and full text of your article

·         Scientists PhD students who are making a first author presentation may be able to apply for a Bursary (supporting the Scientists and Students Program. )  to cover their conference registration fees.

 

·         Evaluators of abstracts and full papers will appreciate your attention to the following:
1. Topics and contents of articles are suggested to be on the issues related to the conference thematic subjects.
2. Articles are required to be written by the author(s) with specified references.
3. All the rights such as acceptance,rejection and edition are reserved by the conference board.
4. Papers accepted for the conference should be original and not published,and not presented in any National or International conference in any form.
5. All papers accepted for and presented at the conference will be eligible for publication in an e-book and they will also be printed in the proceedings of Islamic Azad University

·         Writing Guide Lines

Part one: Page Set up
•Paper sized must be A4 portrait (24x17cm)
•Left and Right margin : 2.5 cm
•Bottom and Top margin:2.5 and  3 cm
•Font: Times New Roman(TNR)
•Size: 12 point
•Bold: Use bold size 14 point to indicate title of works and subtitles
•Spacing: Single line spacing is to be used throughout.

Part Two: The Main Body of the Text
*Each paper should have this order:
* Title  : 7 lines (in Persian and English Language),not more than 25 A4 pages( Articles more than 25 pages will be accepted by the consent of the Conference Board  in specific conditions).
*Abstracts and full articles: should be upload through the congress website or emailed as an attachment to international_cap@cnf.ir .
*Format: Document files must be attached using MS-word  software with the.doc extension
